What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love how easy it is to use. I also love that open phone automatically records the calls. If I have any questions for customer service. They answer promptly.

"Pleasant and excited about the new interface."
What do you like best about OpenPhone? The user interface for OpenPhone has been a major upgrade from our last VoIP system. The ability to customize whatever you want regarding your phones is very helpful. The customer service alone though has been enough for us. OpenPhone has been very quick to respond and has given us easy to follow instructions to help transition from our last provider.

They blocked my account although I haven't used it yet.
I have just opened the account today, and they blocked our account after a few hours. I sent the support ticket, and they said I violated their terms, but actually I haven't used OpenPhone yet. Never send and message or make any call. They couldn't even point out which term I violate as well.

"Love how easy OpenPhone is!"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? I used to use a different VOIP platform and I was constantly losing calls or not receiving text messages. This has cost me ALOT in the long run. Since swithing to OpenPhone, I have not missed a single call and I can see the texts in real time on my desktop AND on my Android App. I should have done the switch to OpenPhone much sooner! Thank you for saving me!

What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone has one of the best customer service, I've contacted them on a Friday morning and my issue was solved the same day. It's very easy to use with just a simple clicks here and there, you got an account set up and ready to use!

"Great Mobile Phone System for Digital Entrepreneurs"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone is an easy-to-setup phone system that you can use from your mobile device or via native apps on your desktop/laptop computer. It is great for providing customer support and I love that it allows me to set business hours and customized VM messages for my customers. The call quality is good and works great between U.S. and Canada.
