They won't let you cancel

This is a scam. I signed up for the 3 day trial, I did not like it, and when I tried to cancel my subscription, they made it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. 1. You cannot cancel your subscription on the platform 2. They had me over 30 minutes trying to convince not to drop the subscription. I kept telling NO, I want to cancel, it is my right, and the guy kept telling me, "let me assess you". I needed to hang up because he was not going to accept my cancelation. My experience has been grate because i needed to learn more about grammar and how conect the words for make a sentences. The teachers always response my messenges and be very clearly and pacient with their students

my experience in open english in this short time is very great becaeus ,before i sing up for Open English i didn't speak in englesh ,after three months i can have a conversation in englis whit another person. i am very happ whiht Open English

I really love the live classes

I really love the live classes because I have the opportunity to speak and express myself without any judgment, teachers are always charismatic and well prepared.

Awful service

Awful service. It’s impossible to contact them if you have a problem. My invoice was wrong and I wanted them to issue a new one. Impossible to talk or contact with someone from the company. I don’t recommend. After this they were very fast and send me a msg saying that they would deliver the invoice and asked me to contact them via social media, what I did. I have received any answer until now. Avoid this company. Don’t trust them.
