They won't let you cancel
This is a scam. I signed up for the 3 day trial, I did not like it, and when I tried to cancel my subscription, they made it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. 1. You cannot cancel your subscription on the platform 2. They had me over 30 minutes trying to convince not to drop the subscription. I kept telling NO, I want to cancel, it is my right, and the guy kept telling me, "let me assess you". I needed to hang up because he was not going to accept my cancelation. Awful service
Awful service. It’s impossible to contact them if you have a problem. My invoice was wrong and I wanted them to issue a new one. Impossible to talk or contact with someone from the company. I don’t recommend. After this they were very fast and send me a msg saying that they would deliver the invoice and asked me to contact them via social media, what I did. I have received any answer until now. Avoid this company. Don’t trust them.
