The customer service is worst than I…

The customer service is worst than I thought. When I asked them for help they didn't do nothing to help me. I have been having troubles since dicember with the platform on phones (specifically with audios), and I sent them a lot of messages asking for assistance but at the end of the day they didn't help me. With every message that I sent, a new excuse to don't fix the issue. It's a completely waste of time if you ask for help. I don't recommend this platform.

I like Open English Platform because has many ways to learn English. I like how this method encourage me to make an extra effort to learn the language.
