PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We made a decision to go for OnPay after going through a bad run with a PEO. We were in need of a solution that comes with external support for both benefits and payroll. At the same time, we want to be given the freedom to customize the product to fit our needs. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Navigating is easy. I find it to be user-friendly. Easy to look at. It makes a calculation of taxes by state and lets me see hours/days taken off. Sometime soon, I'll be implementing some kind of a direct deposit functionality. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? After using Paychex for a few years we decided to find a new solution. OnPay has turned out to be great for our business. I love the simple pricing so we know exactly what we are spending on payroll. The system allows our employees to view their paystubs and keep up with their PTO balances so they are not constantly having to ask for this information. What do you like best? Easy to navigate, user friendly, easy on the eyes. Calculates taxes by state and allows me to see the days or hours they took off.
