A great payroll to have in any small business.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We made a decision to go for OnPay after going through a bad run with a PEO. We were in need of a solution that comes with external support for both benefits and payroll. At the same time, we want to be given the freedom to customize the product to fit our needs. If I could turn back time, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The software itself is comprehensive. I find it appealing to the eyes. It's so easy to use! Customer service is amazing! Setup and payroll runs has never been this quick.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Setting it up was a breeze. Their customer service are quick to assist with any inquiries as well as some customization needs. The UI looks neat. It's simple to navigate. I love it so much that I'd get jumpy if I feel like I forgot something. I can't believe how easy it is to use this payroll! A superb software to have.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Navigating is easy. I find it to be user-friendly. Easy to look at. It makes a calculation of taxes by state and lets me see hours/days taken off. Sometime soon, I'll be implementing some kind of a direct deposit functionality. A great solution for my business
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? After using Paychex for a few years we decided to find a new solution. OnPay has turned out to be great for our business. I love the simple pricing so we know exactly what we are spending on payroll. The system allows our employees to view their paystubs and keep up with their PTO balances so they are not constantly having to ask for this information. Great Software
What do you like best? Easy to navigate, user friendly, easy on the eyes. Calculates taxes by state and allows me to see the days or hours they took off. I am going to implement the direct deposit feature soon. We don't have a need for paid time off as of yet. What do you dislike? Not really anything. It is a really good program. Convenient and quick
What do you like best? I manage payments to 10-15 different vendors, and for most we use OnePay to manage our payment processing. This application makes it very easy to manage multiple payments.
