What do you like best about OnPage? Whenever we get P1 or P2, we instantly get notifications on OnPage.This helps us immensely as we cant check emails all the time. We get the message immediately after the customer raises high-priority incidents on the Onpage App. What do you dislike about OnPage? "Never Miss an Emergency Call Again!"
What do you like best about OnPage? I like how the system overrides the volume setting on your phone. I get emails and text messages through the night, so I turned down my notifications, but I have missed some of our client's emergency calls. So I had to keep the volume up on my notifications. With OnPage, I can turn everything down, even the ringer, and still get notified of an emergency call. What do you dislike about OnPage? So far I have not found anything I do not like. "OnPage is a self explanatory system, very easy to use and works everytime."
What do you like best about OnPage? It's helpful in alerting us of any notifications we receive outside of our regular business hours, this ensures we are covered for out of hours calls and emergency work. What do you dislike about OnPage? There aren't many downsides I would consider. It works how we need it to, and it works effectively. What do you like best about OnPage? Onpage has consistent and reliable service. When I first started there were some issues where I did not receive pages, but the support was quickly able to help me fix the problem. What do you dislike about OnPage? What do you like best about OnPage? OnPage is extremely reliable - I know that I will not miss a page (especially in the middle of the night). OnPage is also very convenient as you can use it on your phone rather than using a separate device. What do you dislike about OnPage? What do you like best about OnPage? That it rang when even when the phone was on do not disturb. What do you dislike about OnPage? That sometimes it would get stuck and it was hard to turn off. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? It is allowing the page to go off and alert me or wake me up when needed.
