What do you like best about OnPage? The easy access to calls and information What do you dislike about OnPage? Non-crisis calls still come through that could be taken care of. "Great notification & paging tool"

What do you like best about OnPage? It integrates very easily into our current ticketing system. The integrations allow for granular notifications, routing, and esclation. All of this with a scheduling feature to setup rotations weeks in advance. What do you dislike about OnPage? Current multi-factor authentication options are limited. "Excellent tool prevents you from missing alerts"

What do you like best about OnPage? I love that it over-rides my phone settings so if I forget and leave my phone on silent I still get the alert. I like that when I open the app it takes me directly to the inbox. What do you dislike about OnPage? I would rather that once I acknowledge an alert if it stopped paging then rather than having to go into settings to shut it off where I could forget to turn it back on. "A "set and forget" workhorse of a tool!"

What do you like best about OnPage? It works so reliably, and has for several years, that even the details of how we initially configured it for them have become fuzzy for me. The dashboard provides pretty much all we need to know at a quick glance. What do you dislike about OnPage? The only downsides I can think of aren't really even downsides. What do you like best about OnPage? the alert system is excellent, the sounds are sufficient to wake the dead, and the interface is intuitive What do you dislike about OnPage? sometimes does not populate all alerts which leads to a mass flood later What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? we utilize it for monitor server outages

"Easy to use, solid app."

What do you like best about OnPage? Easy, simple to use app. Always works well for us. What do you dislike about OnPage? I keep it on silent mode, as the ding is very loud. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Much more convenient compared to are old pager system.

What do you like best about OnPage? Able to direct alerts for critical incidents and after-hours support directly to the required Engineer or Group. This allows the comfort of knowing action will be taken and no need to worry if an email or SMS has reached them. What do you dislike about OnPage? Only issue would be that we have found that on Andriod-based devices should the app not be used over time the Andriod OS might decide to remove or limit the application putting it into a deep sleep. ...
