"Clinical Manager/Triage Nurse"

What do you like best about OnPage? I like that it stores all the calls until you delete them. I also like that most have caller ID so you can see who is calling as sometimes the patients are not speaking clearly on their voicemails What do you dislike about OnPage? The alert sound it absolutely the most annoying sound. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to get notification when patients are in need of assistance and we can quickly respod

"Very easy to use, Good Support"

What do you like best about OnPage? No Physical Pagers, Support helps resolve issues quickly. What do you dislike about OnPage? User Deletion in the dashboard does not delete the user, so support tickets need to be put in to resolve the issue, as it keeps the license in use. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? No need for cumbersome pager devices, and provides connectivity wherever there is internet

"It really drains the battery on phone. It would be nice to be able to stop the service."

What do you like best about OnPage? It does allow for scheduling. Not sure about tuning for a secondary user. What do you dislike about OnPage? I don't see a way to acknowledge issue. So if it's not acknowledged then a secondary person can be notified. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? It eliminates manually changing the notification mechanism used to notify the on-call person of an issue.

"Adequate"

What do you like best about OnPage? It's simple, but too simple. Not a very good use of space. What do you dislike about OnPage? Too loud. Interface looks outdated. Needs to be updated to look more modern. App looks like it's over 10+ years old. Icon could use an update as well. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? It alerts when one is on call. However, that's pretty much all it does.

"Needs a better alert sound"

What do you like best about OnPage? It's nice that messages come in an easy to read format. What do you dislike about OnPage? The alert sound is loud and obnoxious. It would be nice if there were a selection of different sounds to choose from. Also, if you answer a page, but do not click on the message it keeps alarming until you click the message. Would be nice if this was more streamlined. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Paging on call provider

"Oncall made easy"

What do you like best about OnPage? Direct alerts for high-priority incidents where seconds count is so much more efficient than receiving something like an email or a text message. What do you dislike about OnPage? I dislike that sending direct alerts to other contacts sometimes don't arrive within 5 minutes due to home WiFi or firewall settings. Directly messaging other contacts and receiving a confirmation message of delivery would be a great addition, even a re-try message option or a ...

"For office personnel, OnPage can replace physical pagers and provide more features."

What do you like best about OnPage? It's rare to find a SaaS product that does exactly what is advertised, and OnPage does just that. We were looking for a solution to replace physical pagers, and OnPage has allowed us to do that. What do you dislike about OnPage? Not much. It is a great product, but I would like to be able to see the on-schedule on the mobile app. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? For our IT Help Desk, we rotate a physical pager amongst the ...
