What do you like best about OnPage? The ability to update people quickly because every minute counts. "Fast communication with customers"

What do you like best about OnPage? We are able to have our customers get someone on our team, at anytime. Also, like the possibility of texting them. Great customer service. What do you dislike about OnPage? N/A. We have not had any issues that I am aware of. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Our customers reaching us after hours and not having our cell phone numbers

"The app is reliable and works as intended."

What do you like best about OnPage? It is a reliable app that works as advertised, and the alert WILL wake you from a dead sleep when you're on overnight call! What do you dislike about OnPage? I haven't had any issues using this app. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? It offers a reliable method to contact nurses on call and provides the nurse with appropriate information regarding the page.

"A great app for medical practices"

What do you like best about OnPage? Easy to navigate app, variety of sound alerts, little to no errors in messaging What do you dislike about OnPage? Never got my contacts to import correctly so if I wanted to message another user, I had to manually type in their OnPage nickname What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed a way to relay consults to doctors in our group and track when these messages were sent and were viewed.

What do you like best about OnPage? The fact that the message view displays autotask ticket content. I like the ability to respond to tickets using the app alone. I like the fact that it's relatively quick to access. What do you dislike about OnPage? The fact that I have to input my unlock code to unlock my phone.
