"Virtual beeper"
What do you like best about OnPage? I was looking for a solution to having to carry around a beeper with my I phone. This solved my problem! What do you dislike about OnPage? It took a few tries for my answering service to get the hang of it What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? I use an answering service and every time I need to be paged, they send it through without a hitch. Now all of my partners are using Onpage

"Onpage was very helpful"
What do you like best about OnPage? I am a PA in dermatology and was able to easily see who was contacting me and when. The app allowed me to have quick access to patient data and the ability to respond to patients in a timely fashion. The alert was loud enough to be able to decipher the app from other alerts as well. "Does what it's supposed to but provides too few details."
What do you like best about OnPage? The fact that the message view displays autotask ticket content. I like the ability to respond to tickets using the app alone. I like the fact that it's relatively quick to access. What do you dislike about OnPage? The fact that I have to input my unlock code to unlock my phone. I really wish the alert would display the actual autotask ticket update that caused the alert instead of just the base ticket body. I shouldn't have to be near my computer to ...

"Great app"
What do you like best about OnPage? I like that I can communicate with my coworkers. What do you dislike about OnPage? It's loud sometimes, but I need it sometimes I can wake up at night. Recommendations to others considering OnPage: USe it for communication. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? I need it to get notifications so i can respond to incidents.

"Easy and effective"
What do you like best about OnPage? The ability for supervisors to determine who is responding and who is not available is an excellent feature which allows for resource allocation to crisi events. What do you dislike about OnPage? On occasion we have had issues with members not receiving the callout. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have any outstanding problems.

What do you like best about OnPage? The best thing I like about OnPage is the fact that everything is through a text message and you do not have to deal with speaking to an actual person. What do you like best about OnPage? Having a link to the phone number of the person who called allows me to easily call them back on the go What do you dislike about OnPage?
