"Easy to use software"

What do you like best about OnPage? Easy to use Reliable Easy user interface What do you dislike about OnPage? I need to open the app to confirm that I'm logged in in order to receive pages. I would like something in my notifications panel to confirm that my pager is on. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes it easier to have one device instead of a separate phone and pager.

"Onpage was very helpful"

What do you like best about OnPage? I am a PA in dermatology and was able to easily see who was contacting me and when. The app allowed me to have quick access to patient data and the ability to respond to patients in a timely fashion. The alert was loud enough to be able to decipher the app from other alerts as well. What do you like best about OnPage? very easy to receive/facilitate pages to appropriate channels. layout is friendly. What do you dislike about OnPage? while friendly, layout is a little busy. variations in text will help make pages more readable. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? onpage is solving a way to communicate patient-sensistive information via text for providers in a modern form (versus "beepers" of old)

"Fast , notifications to the right people."

What do you like best about OnPage? The ability to update people quickly because every minute counts. The GUI is available for phones and the web which helps us integrate all notifications into one easy-to-use platform. What do you dislike about OnPage? I dislike not being able to edit my messages or organize the messages that I have sent. It would be nice to also include pictures or HTML links in the messages. "OnPage is an excellent service, you do not have to speak to anyone, everything is through text!"

What do you like best about OnPage? The best thing I like about OnPage is the fact that everything is through a text message and you do not have to deal with speaking to an actual person. "A great app for medical practices"

What do you like best about OnPage? Easy to navigate app, variety of sound alerts, little to no errors in messaging What do you dislike about OnPage? Never got my contacts to import correctly so if I wanted to message another user, I had to manually type in their OnPage nickname What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed a way to relay consults to doctors in our group and track when these messages were sent and were viewed.

"Onpage has saved us hours of stress, plus the support is top notch!"

We have had issues with other platforms getting them to page correctly or not false alert, as soon as we switched over to Onpage we have noticed a complete 360 turn around and have confidence in knowing that the product works and our clients are taken care of! "Fast communication with customers"

What do you like best about OnPage? We are able to have our customers get someone on our team, at anytime. Also, like the possibility of texting them. Great customer service. What do you dislike about OnPage? N/A. We have not had any issues that I am aware of. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Our customers reaching us after hours and not having our cell phone numbers
