"Does what it's supposed to but provides too few details."

What do you like best about OnPage? The fact that the message view displays autotask ticket content. I like the ability to respond to tickets using the app alone. "Great Communication Tool for Team"

What do you like best about OnPage? You can be contacted by calling a number or emailing. What do you dislike about OnPage? The sound when it goes up can not be adjusted to a lower setting, Seems to only have high and medium. Recommendations to others considering OnPage: Service has been excellent. "Reliable On Call Paging System"

What do you like best about OnPage? Our agency's IT was using pagers for after-hours on call for at least the last 23 years. Receiving pages were becoming less and less reliable, even with new pagers. We went with OnPage early this year and have not regretted it. Our after-hours Help Desk phone transfers the caller to our OnPage dedicated phone number with a voice-mail message. What do you like best about OnPage? No more carrying around a physical pager What do you dislike about OnPage? App can sometimes be slow or hang up. Occasionally you need to log out/in to get pages flowing. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? Immediate alerts for our RMM and other business critical services.

What do you like best about OnPage? Reliable, flexible, many team members can use it simultaneously, easy to use, easy to turn off on vacation/away from work, good when managing a team. "Great Paging system"

What do you like best about OnPage? Ease of creating and managing schedules. What do you dislike about OnPage? Lack of copying schedules and no calendar integration with other calendars like Outlook or ConnectWise Calendars. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? We were looking for a more straightforward solution to creating on-call schedules as all the other solutions required a lot of manually creating each day, and exceptions were near impossible.

"Excellent Support"

What do you like best about OnPage? In a world where good support gets harder and harder to find this has been a breath of fresh air to have a support technician follow up and take care of us. Not to mention how well the software works just in general. What do you dislike about OnPage? There is nothing I dislike...its very good software. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? My techs werent answering phones when on call but this alert system has solved that for us.

"OnPage makes managing On Call coverage a snap"

What do you like best about OnPage? The most crucial feature of OnPage is its ability to always ensure the message gets through. What do you dislike about OnPage? OnPage makes the unpleasant task of On Call coverage less of a burden for everyone involved. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? OnPage has solved the endless "Who's on call?" "When am I On Call?" and "Who traded weeks with who?" questions.

"Works really well"

What do you like best about OnPage? I really like how the OnPage app works. It allows us to receive our alerts in a timely fashion so that we can provide our customers with the best support possible. What do you dislike about OnPage? At this time I do not have any dislike for the application. What problems is OnPage solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving slow notifications via normal traditional text/email based workflows.
