What do you like best about Onfleet? The openness of the API. It allows us to be super creative with how we use the system. What do you dislike about Onfleet? I wish the driver app UI/UX was better. It's a little clunky. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Order routing, task management, source of truth

What do you like best about Onfleet? What I like the best is the automation feature coming. As of right now I like that we can put a delivery right on a rider/driver and the notification goes straight to their phone. What do you dislike about Onfleet? At this point there is nothing that I don't like. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Onfleet is solving the issue of finding drivers/riders. I'm new to Onfleet so I have not realized any benefits as of yet.

What do you like best about Onfleet? Organized routing experience that is easy to navigate while accounting for traffic variables. We also enjoy the integration with our point-of-sale software. What do you like best about Onfleet? I love how easy it is to navigate through Onfleet! It is something most people can mess around with for a day and then be able to use like a pro the following day! What do you dislike about Onfleet? The only downside I have seen (To be honest, nothing bad in my eyes) is that duplicate orders can come up and sometimes slip through as you start a route. What do you like best about Onfleet? I love that we are able to track our couriers and know time of arrivals What do you dislike about Onfleet? Sometimes the time lags on arrivals but its only off by a few minutes at times. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? we are able to set up a route in the system to provide couriers with the most time effective way to get their route done

What do you like best about Onfleet? The user interface on the Onfleet platform is great and very smooth! It does not feel dated and it has a sleek design. "Onfleet has been super helpful in automating routing."

What do you like best about Onfleet? Onfleet is most helpful in it's routing and tracking capabilities. Using it has allowed me to scale up my driver pool with less of a need of route training. What do you like best about Onfleet? Onfleet is one of the tracking platforms I have used and is my favorite tracking platform. The tracking of drivers is easy to user friendly. I also enjoy the easy tutorials and the updates. What do you dislike about Onfleet? I don't dislike anything; I would like a robust option of reports with more filters. What do you like best about Onfleet? Onfleet has fantastic integration capabilities that allow the operation to gain efficiency and ease the day to day workload. What do you dislike about Onfleet? Not much. We operate deliveries through a 'scheduled' and an 'express' menu, so the only grip that I would have would be the auto-dispatch feature doesn't work with express orders that appear with no time slot.
