What do you like best about Onfleet? Knowing where our drivers are located. How long it takes to make a delivery. What do you dislike about Onfleet? Sometimes not conducive to spur of the moment changes or additions. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Onfleet? Pros include on time and accurate billing to customers. Optional setting for drivers to take a picture give us the ability to provide proof that delivery was made and provide the location of where it was made on the jobsite. Tickets automatically review and automatically bill to our customers. We have had problems with on time billing in the past and pick tickets being lost or not returned following deliveries. What do you like best about Onfleet? User friendly interface, super easy to use, are able to leave notes for the driver teams. I like that customers are also able to track drivers and leave reviews. The analytics tab is extremely helpful in determining how long drivers are spending at deliveries on average. What do you dislike about Onfleet? Not being able to export reviews in a wonky format. What do you like best about Onfleet? What I like the best is the automation feature coming. As of right now I like that we can put a delivery right on a rider/driver and the notification goes straight to their phone. What do you dislike about Onfleet? At this point there is nothing that I don't like. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Onfleet is solving the issue of finding drivers/riders. I'm new to Onfleet so I have not realized any benefits as of yet.

What do you like best about Onfleet? Being able to keep track of active delivery orders and see our drivers on their route in real time. This allows us to communicate to our guest about the status of their orders. What do you dislike about Onfleet?
