What do you like best about Onfleet? Route optimizer feature and live online tracking of fleet What do you dislike about Onfleet? No Real-time update of task instructions from the backend to onfleet. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving the problems related to the visibility of drivers live location. Able to have control over the drivers and their activities remotely.

Sometimes the predictive ETA takes a bit long to upload What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits of Onfleets is knowing where my drivers are at all times. It's easy for them to contact the patrons through the app. The option to use any map application to get to their destination is immensely helpful as well.

Wish there was a contact number option sometimes so that we could discuss issues over the phone to expedite the process. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Onfleet? OnFleet has made my job easier and has allowed us to more closely manage our fleet and delivery times. What do you dislike about Onfleet? My only complaint would be that the program doesn't always recognize the addresses when migrating from our other system. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Onfleet? We always require a photo for deliveries and it helps so much with customer inquiries or mis-deliveries. It's amazingly easy to use, integrates with our production software and we wouldn't have been able to scale without it. What do you dislike about Onfleet? When assigning drives, if you select 3 deliveries and assign to someone, the boxes stay checked. So you have to remember to clear the checkboxes before moving on to assigning someone else. ...

What do you like best about Onfleet? Onfleet is intuitive to use. I like the live tracking of driver progress, which allows me to keep tabs on how many drivers are doing at the same time. It handles lots of deliveries. I use the export feature daily and it is easy to use. The predictive ETA feature is also helpful for ensuring deliveries are completed successfully. The colour scheme makes identifying assigned, completed, and failed deliveries very simple. As well, I don't use table view ...
