What do you like best about Onfleet? Route optimizer feature and live online tracking of fleet What do you dislike about Onfleet? No Real-time update of task instructions from the backend to onfleet. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving the problems related to the visibility of drivers live location. Able to have control over the drivers and their activities remotely.

What do you like best about Onfleet? knowing where all of our delivery teams are at any given moment and being able to relay that information to the customer. What do you dislike about Onfleet? That there are no notification sent when a job is failed, and also the chat feature is very glitchy. What do you like best about Onfleet? OnFleet has made my job easier and has allowed us to more closely manage our fleet and delivery times. What do you dislike about Onfleet? My only complaint would be that the program doesn't always recognize the addresses when migrating from our other system. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Our customers really like the notification system.

Some of the google map locations can be glitchy - not sure if this is a google issue or on fleet issue. Would also be great to be able to print off a copy of the route map and orders list, currently the print outs are awkward and hard to read. Wish there was a contact number option sometimes so that we could discuss issues over the phone to expedite the process. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?
