PROS: There are a lot of issues that arose with our delivery process that resulted in a lot of angry customers. Acquiring Onfleet was a smart decision on our end because the process of delivering parcels from one point to another is more organized and straightforward. We can find better routes so we could maximize our time on the road. What I like most is the simplicity behind OnFleet but whn you become more comfortable with the software- you can use some of the more complex features to maximize optimization. What do you like best about Onfleet? The app is very user friendly and easy to understand. What do you dislike about Onfleet? There is nothing I dislike at this moment What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Im solving the issue of delivery times in between each delivery. The app helps me track my drivers so no unncessary time is waisted on the road.

It may not be a perfect system but it definitely helps us in our delivery process.

PROS: The app itself is user friendly that is why our staff didn’t have a hard time learning how to use the app. CONS: UI is something that the developers need to work on especially the customization of reports. Some functions are too slow based on the feedback that was shared with me.

That there are no notification sent when a job is failed, and also the chat feature is very glitchy.
