"Onfleet -the smooth choice"

What do you like best about Onfleet? The user-friendly UI. The fact that it is so light on resources. Versatility of operations. What do you dislike about Onfleet? Some long-standning bugs, like stops not being sorted correctly over multiple days when using european dates, having to reload the service sometimes because finding adresses stops functioning. "Very user friendly!"

What do you like best about Onfleet? Ease of use for both the dispatcher and the drivers. What do you dislike about Onfleet? For the complete functionality it is very expensive What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking all my deliveries - 300+ in one day. I couldn't do it without this software.

"Very helpful in managing thousands of deliveries a day"

What do you like best about Onfleet? Onfleet is intuitive to use. I like the live tracking of driver progress, which allows me to keep tabs on how many drivers are doing at the same time. It handles lots of deliveries. I use the export feature daily and it is easy to use. The predictive ETA feature is also helpful for ensuring deliveries are completed successfully. The colour scheme makes identifying assigned, completed, and failed deliveries very simple. As well, I don't use table view ...

"OnFleet saves the day"

What do you like best about Onfleet? We always require a photo for deliveries and it helps so much with customer inquiries or mis-deliveries. It's amazingly easy to use, integrates with our production software and we wouldn't have been able to scale without it. What do you dislike about Onfleet? When assigning drives, if you select 3 deliveries and assign to someone, the boxes stay checked. So you have to remember to clear the checkboxes before moving on to assigning someone else. ...

"Meal Prep Success"

What do you like best about Onfleet? That it texts our customers ahead of their order arriving What do you dislike about Onfleet? I wish the smart features to auto plan the route came with the cheaper plan. What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed help with alerting our customers when their orders arrived so they don't get left out.

What do you like best about Onfleet? API integration with Dutchie has been crucial to the success of our delivery program. I love being able to track analytics by time and driver and its a great tool to keep customers in the loop. We've been able to maintain 97% of deliveries on time since November 1st 2020. What do you like best about Onfleet? When we started using Onfleet, we were delivering about 100 items per day with Google Maps and spreadsheets. Onfleet allowed us to quickly grow by allowing us to manage the day to day delivery operations more effectively. We were able to give our drivers the right tool to be successful, which ultimately allowed us to add more drivers with higher success rates. What do you like best about Onfleet? I love the ability to add, track and organize work for my employees so easily. The interface is extremely easy to use (both on my end and the drivers). The custom fields enable me to add important information that my employees need for each participant in our research study. What do you dislike about Onfleet? "Very cool but frustratingly missing some features"

What do you like best about Onfleet? The driver app is excellent and very intuitive. You can have drivers setup and on the road in minutes. The customer notifications and live tracking are wonderful and really impress customers. We get comments all the time about it.
