It has good UI/UX meaning it's easy and self-explanatory to use and it mainly gets the job done by not allowing fraudsters to pass their verification checks, also they have many great features What do you dislike about Onfido? What do you like best about Onfido? I think the Studio option gives us a lot of flexibility to customize the flow. Also, I found super helpful the Analytics tab where we can monitor the workflow performance. What do you dislike about Onfido? It was a bit complex to overcome some issues around Studio and its limitations, but the team told us they are developing new features and improving based on customer feedback.
