Automatic ID verification that does not work

The worst experience I have ever had while trying to verify my identity. Despite having scans of my documents handy, I had to take pictures of them with my mobile. The useless software was not capable of taking a picture of my actual passport photo page, and then the selfie mode did not actually work (black bar covering half the photo in portrait mode, and a requirement to have Inspector Gadget arms in order to keep my head in the oval in landscape mode (and the controls for taking the ...

Run a credit check on me - for no reason ! I have not applied for any credit anywhere yet they have run a search on me ! Not happy, unable to find out why they are searching my files. Very dodgy to put it politely. Zero stars.

Buying Apples your self service till may not work, would you use it if it was processing the cost of your next house

Scares the living day lights out of me that banks who want to handle 100s of thousands of pounds use this utterly useless software. I ended up with a bank account that was not my first choice for my business. All due to the fact that Business banking is now online and this time wasting system fails to work. How any responsible company handling anyone's money can just sit back and find this ok is astonishing!

onfido was responsible for vetting my registration with ukmeds and with no explanation declined me.i am73yo with a bank account 57 yrs on the electoral register absolutely no rea son whatsoever to refuse and insult my integrity. ukmeds can offe rno explanation i contacted UKMEDS who referred me to the vetting company.Having explained in great detail I received notification someone would be assigned toinvestigate.
