What do you like best about Onfido? Our company has been using Onfido's services for nearly two years, and we are happy with the checks' results. There are some issues here and there, but Onfido is more than willing to work with us to solve any problems we have. They have also offered to speak with us and improve the required services. Like any other service, it is not 100% accurate but it becomes better all the time. What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? Adding more security levels to combat fraud, ML and TF.

What do you dislike about Onfido? the pictures of ID cards are accepted as clear with data covered and part of id card missing like the margins. What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? some fraud cases discovered and stopped, incresed conversion in kyc step on the credit flow, increased business, faster time to yes for the customer, smoother experience for the customer

What do you like best about Onfido? If Know Your Customer ("KYC") is a requirement for your business, Onfido is a great choice. Their solution is priced competitively, and it is very easy to use. What do you dislike about Onfido? As with any solutions or compliance vendor which is based internationally, I sincerely hope they would consider a local currency option for their clients which is more competitive based on prevailing foreign exchange rates. The reporting is basic, and doesn't allow for largeer sized downloads. What problems is Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you? Onfid allows us to ensure documents are not fraudulent and belong to the person carrying out the verification.
