Your HelpDesk representative took good care of us
Your HelpDesk representative was very helpful and patient. Since we are all working remotely, it took some time to get everyone together on a screen share, but they stuck with us and we solved the problem. Much appreciated.

Going To Any Lengths
Going To Any LengthsI really felt taken care of as a one person business needing to be mindful of my budget. Ayma was my rep and she totally went to any length as did billing to help me with a coupon I could take advantage of. It really was a nice help and means so much AND I will say that I think this platform for streaming is outstanding. I will recommend this to all my biz friends.

Problem solved and wasn't even a OneStream issue!
Had an issue this morning trying to log in and it turned out that the Google and YouTube servers were down and the support person kindly messaged me when they were back online! They are always so so helpful!

Best Support Staff Ever!
My organization has never done livestreams prior to COVID. But since the pandemic started we have had to hold 2 online events (which we opted to do by streaming prerecorded videos as live events.) Originally I signed up with Castr. I did not find it user friendly at all and I believe it was the actual day of the scheduled event I was pretty worried it wasn't going to work. I chatted with help and was told I'd need to upgrade my service, but I never understood why or what the change meant. ...
