First experience with OneStream Live was perfect

Amazing Customer Service

We used Onestream for the first time today for live streaming and ran into some hiccups. I used the chat feature for support and immediately was talking with someone about the issues I was seeing. Even though my problems were not Onestream specific, the rep helped me troubleshoot OBS and YouTube. It is amazing to have real time quick support and its greatly appreciated. I was able to get up and running in a few moments after some quick adjustments. Definitely recommend using Onestream!!!

Totally Satisfied

I was checking to see why I received a service fee in my billing. Upon connecting I was easily guided to explanation of billing outside of EU and found that the charge is generated through my bank not OneStream, is clearly stated and makes sense. I did not realize OneStream was in Finland. Totally appreciated the fast and clear response. They also followed up with a personal email (from Fizz, who I chatted with) regarding my outcome.
