Outstanding customer service.It works really great for pre-recorded videos, and multistream. The real time multistream needs improvement, but it is already on track, so I am quite confident about the progress and future of ONESTREAM LIVE.

I am giving the operator Farwa 4 stars…

I am giving the operator Farwa 4 stars because of her excelled customer service. However, I find that OneStream is not very reliable. I have contacted my internet provider, who has told me that my 100 mbs rate should be adequate for your service, but it took over 30 minutes to connect for me to sign in. And then I signed in through Incognito.

Best chat customer service around

I discovered not that long ago OneStream Live as a great tool to help our business with a solution on restreaming our "live videos". After many attempts we had with WIFI on sites where connectivity is complicated due the locations we found their service. Customer service is top!! I haven't seen in a long time a very fast and reliable answer in these high tech new start ups in a long time. Very recommendable service and platform.
