I love OneStream and their help center
I love OneStream and their help center. I reached out to them via email but all the replies were instant and brief. I really appreciate the helper NOOR who assisted me and answered all the questions one by one. This is my first review anywhere on the internet and I must say I really mean it and it is worth signing up for the software. Kudos to the amazingly trained staff!!!

Fantastic customer service from Farwa!
Farwa was very pleasant. She spent several hours in the chat with me then switching to a zoom call for more efficiency and "hand-holding" when I continued to have difficulty. She was patient and knowledgeable and remained confident and encouraging throughout the process. I am extremely pleased with the great customer service that I received and will definitely recommend One Stream to others. Farwa further encouraged me to reach out to let her know how my video presentation turned out.
