There have been glitches with Facebook…

There have been glitches with Facebook along the way since using Onestream and the customer service is always on top of helping to get it resolved. Unfortunately, some things are FB issues out of their control.

Best customer service anywhere, by far!

OneStream customer service is the best on the planet. Response time after asking a question or reporting a problem is really fast, and they even follow up with you AFTER you report your issue resolved. It's truly like dealing with friends who have a personal interest in seeing that you're satisfied.
