I was amazed with this App because like everyone else I don't have enough Gadgets to LiveStream as Professional Streamer on Facebook...This App is just easy to process and it is also nice to use in simple live only which can entertain viewers

On Thursday, November 4, 2021, I was experiencing difficulty uploading a pre-recorded sermon to be shown Sunday, November 7, 2021. I sought help via the chat and was treated with utmost care. The level of customer support was off the charts. The customer service representative shared my screen and literally held my viral hand as she walked me through the steps required to resolve the issue. There have been glitches with Facebook…
There have been glitches with Facebook along the way since using Onestream and the customer service is always on top of helping to get it resolved. Unfortunately, some things are FB issues out of their control.

Best customer service anywhere, by far!
OneStream customer service is the best on the planet. Response time after asking a question or reporting a problem is really fast, and they even follow up with you AFTER you report your issue resolved. It's truly like dealing with friends who have a personal interest in seeing that you're satisfied.

Excellent customer service
I found OneStream to be fairly intuitive and relatively simple to use. And when I had questions, their customer service was easy to contact and very helpful.
