The customer service that was provided…Was Simply the best!
The customer service that was provided by the customer service representative (Farwa) was simply the best!! She was very knowledgeable and extremely patient as she took her time working with us to navigate through our different account options for streaming. We left the one on one session feeling good and confident!! Thank you Farwa and OneStream!!

The consultant who helped me was…
The consultant who helped me was professional and demonstrated wonderful expertise, helping me to navigate a browser issue expediently through screen share, walked me through each step clearly and quickly, and helped resolve the problem far quicker than I could have on my own. As a result of her assistance, I was able to complete the purpose and task for logging onto onestream. Thanks and appreciate her help and the service very much!

The person I spoke with was…
The person I spoke with was professional and yet personal. She did not make me feel like a dufus. We even got disconnected when my computer died, and we reconnected on Zoom. She was actually waiting for me to log in. She was thorough and made sure I understood. She is even supplying note for everything we went through so I won't have to do again.
