What do you like best? I like the attendee capture functionality which is limited with our in-house options. What do you dislike? Would like to see more flexibility with the console. I.E. we would like to have the ability to have the video to expand to full screen over the other widgets if the user really wants to see the video/speaker presentations. What do you like best? On24 is tops in terms of thought leadership and best practices for webinars. What do you dislike? Sales reps seem to change a lot. Can be difficult to keep track. Better experience compared to our previous webinar provider
What do you like best? I like that the system is very robust and you are able to create the console anyway you choose. What do you dislike? The certification widget is very important and it is very clunky and the automated check in's doesn't work the way we wanted. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Currently pending. Working on solving issues.

Good, wish it could be great
What do you like best? Simple reporting is easy, dashboard is good for high level data but going deep is much more difficult than it should be What do you dislike? Frustrating limitations in how data can be filtered or grouped. Simple production issues that seem preventable. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to distribute thought leadership, via a webinar format, in a repeatable approach with great lead capture

Great Company...Great People
What do you like best? The people on our account team are fabulous. Always have an answer for whatever I need. What do you dislike? My only issue is not being able to deploy features until addendum is signed. Recommendations to others considering the product NA What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Webcast Elite and VEM so we're putting all of our sales enablement in one spot!

Good webinar tool
What do you like best? On24 allows for a good overall webinar experience from start to finish, including design, invitations, the webinar itself, managing recordings, and analytics throughout. What do you dislike? Nothing in particular, but seeing overall analytics of different combinations of webinars would be nice.
