We use On24 for a variety of webinars and have never been disappointed with the quality or service.
What do you like best? The functionality is straight-forward, and the audience experience is second to none. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Comprehensive audience data which allows sales people to quickly see all activity a person has done over all webinars, engaging platform that encourages audience participation, ability to use animations in slides. What do you dislike? Integration with CRM and Marketing Automation can use some work. What do you like best? The ability to collect tons of different kinds of data via the platform, polling, Q&A and survey. Customer service has been responsive when we've reached out.
