User-friendly platform and ability to customize
What do you like best? With our previous webinar provider, the platform was very clunky, we constantly had audio issues, and support was essentially unresponsive. With ON24, the onboarding / ramp up process was quick, overall painless, and enabled my team to run webinars without losing a ton of time during the transition between providers. What do you dislike? Great tool so far... future looks bright for webinars!
What do you like best? Very customizable interface for engaging your audience with the content sharing. The ability to easily brand for your company or campaign, add multiple sources of content (slides, downloads, video, audio is another great plus. What do you like best? The platform is very user friendly and provides many opportunities to engage an audience. Our viewer complaints have also diminished since switching to Webcast Elite and customer support is easy to contact when questions arise. What do you dislike? Great webinar tool to use
What do you like best? Easy to setup new webinar events once you have done it once. What do you dislike? Nothing really, but it would be nice to have the option to have someone to moderate the web event for you if needed. What do you like best? ON24 does a fantastic job keeping their UI clean and de-cluttered. The areas which are more "busy" are strategically placed to draw attention to the proper widget and to encourage engagement from the audience. What do you dislike?
