What do you like best? One of my favorite parts of using Elite is the ability to connect with my audience through webcam. What do you dislike? The technology can be complex at times and I feel often requires multiple people to run a webcast. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have contractual obligations to deliver retirement planning education to plan participants.

What do you like best? ALl of the tools that are available for implementing a webinar. I really like being able to offer the resources within the console as well. The on demand offering makes participants feel like they are actually participating in a live event. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are issues with Attendance certificate clocks quits working for participants who are required to view a certain amount of time before their certificate is available. Every Webinar has good quality sound and image transmission.
