What do you like best? Guest speakers, collaborative nature of the ON24 staff and the attendees. Great idea sharing, too! Opportunity to meet other folks in the industry. What do you like best? I like the simu-live capabilities best. It's very easy to train presenters on the platform and have them pre-record their presentations. What do you dislike? If I had to pick something I didn't like about ON24, I would have to say the support for last minute issues. Having to call the emergency line is sometimes a hassle and wastes precious time while a webinar is going sideways. Would be better to have the chat as the emergency resource and have someone hop in ...

What do you like best? I love the amount of support, best practices, metrics to share, that ON24 offers. We do not (yet have the product but I have consumed all the free tools and resources ON24 offers and it has already shaped and improved our existing webinar program. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the production dashboard and ability to hide slides, as well as simu-cast previously recorded webinare. It's easy to use and provides widget options What do you dislike?
