Great platform that allows extended branding and video presentation options
What do you like best? My organization uses ON24 exclusively as a combination of a video feed of the presenters in addition to the content. Also, we nearly always conduct webinars with 2-3 presenters from different physical locations - nearly always spread across continents and in different time zones. ON24 provides a service that allows us to dial in using various types of video systems, even our Cisco and Polycom ones, Skype for Business, or simply through the web browser. The audience ...

User friendly platform but with limitations
What do you like best? Viewer dashboard and widgets are engaging. What do you dislike? Not built for internal use. We need to be able to share login as we do not have one single dedicated on24 person to run the platform. I don't think the licencing structure works when lined up against how our business operates. A massive improvement on our lead gen ability
What do you like best? The platform is so much more professional than other webinar/virtual meeting providers and allows us to provide a great user experience to those attending our webinars. I love the ability to use professional video and also the simu-live function. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Functionality and the recent update with reporting has been great What do you dislike? it is very clunky when it comes to editing a webinar, the emails and landing pages. What do you like best? I like the fact that setting up a webinar is relatively quick and easy and you can create templates. What do you like best? I like the platform itself. The option to do animation during the presentation. Also like the customer service and help that I get really quickly ! What do you like best? Ease of use! From originally using Webex, I had a lot of high expectations with On24 and they have all mostly been met. What do you dislike? Simulive glitches with use of slides that have transitions/animations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The user experience is overall much better than other webinar platforms.

Professional, easy-to-use platform for webinars
What do you like best? At our company, we have used many different webinar platforms over the years and ON24 is by far the winner. It is very intuitive to set up events and has far more functionalities than other platforms that we have previously used.
