What do you like best? What I like best is that ON24 is perpetually trying to reinvent themselves by responding in real time to the demands of users and audiences. This tool makes providing our educational and informational content professional, branded and easy to use. What do you dislike? I dislike the delay in polls and that we must keep the poll open for a full 60 seconds due to the lag. I'm okay with small bits of silence and we fill them judiciously but I'd prefer not to have ...

Best replacement for WebEx
What do you like best? Archived videos use the standard mp4 format making post-editing easy (versus WebEx's proprietary file format that needs converting, thus chewing up time). What do you dislike? Interferes with PPT transitions, this desperately needs to be fixed What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Deploying webinars, whether live or on-demand has become much easier.

Long time user and love this platform
What do you like best? I love the dynamic aspect of the on24 platform. You can customize it in so many ways to make it more engaging. Plus, you have the ability to track what people do which is a big deal when trying to understand what gets people to stay on longer. Their customer support is fantastic and always responsive. What do you like best? The ability to copy a previously delivered presentation and make adjustments or customization's for a new audience is a great time saver. What do you dislike? The Q&A tool can be set up to deliver questions to an email address. However, the email contact for the viewer is not provided with the question. Great platform with multiple functionalities for your use case.
What do you like best? I love the ability to run a webinar live, or Simu-live as a pre-recorded webinar. It gives me the flexibility I need to have the live webinar set at an earlier date. What do you like best? It has been great to be able to customize an experience for the attendees as well as track their interactions with it. Strong webinar tool
What do you like best? I love that with ON24 you can run simulive webinars. With a busy webinar program and even more packed team schedule, it can be hard to run all fully live webinars. It makes our program run more smoothly to run half-live or pre-recorded webinars, which ON24 executes flawlessly. What do you dislike? Seamless service for end users but poor updates
What do you like best? Customisable user console which allows users to have a personalised experience when using the platform.
