Slightly exceeds my expectations

What do you like best? Ongoing training and strong webinar community What do you dislike? White glove service is eh. I don't know if the program is offering enough to justify the cost. I know it may be a billing nightmare but maybe offer a $ bucket in which you can choose from help with creating an invite, monitoring of the webinar, etc. That way I'm not locked into a service that isn't worth the $ and I can get more value. Great Platform for Webinar

What do you like best? Various options for Analytics depending on what type of webinar we are trying to run What do you dislike? I have figured my way around On24 through practice but the platform is far from being intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer engagement webinar. We have customers who we continuously support and creating a webinar with metrics for existing customers is great.

What do you like best? Our reliability and webinar quality has improved since moving to ON24, mainly due to the fact that all our content is hosted on their site - we have had 100% success when it comes to connection and quality related to speed. Excellent for our needs

What do you like best? The ability to pre-record (Simu-Live) has been very beneficial in our large international organisation. What do you dislike? One or two times, we had problems with the live audio line. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have increased our engagement overall and gives our experts the ability to share their knowledge with a wider audience.

Lots of capability

What do you like best? I really like how ON24 isn't just about broadcasting your webinar, there are lots of features to make it more interactive with polls, q&a's, links to other content and the ability to see the presenters (if needed) What do you dislike? There is a lot to the platform and can take a little while to get your head around how to set things up, so this can be a challenge if you are working with people who haven't presented before. What do you like best? Being able to set up a webcast ahead of time and playback the webinar as if it's live, while collecting live questions. What do you dislike? The ecosystem - having a video player within a video player prevents responsive, and design-focused embeds for content. The best way to generate client loyalty

What do you like best? ON24 is a very easy tool to use and every time you discover new functionalities that make webinars more interactive for our attendees. What do you like best? The variety of options to run a webinar! What do you dislike? Some of its integration with Eloqua is indeed quite challenging. What problems are you solving with the product? Great Platform/tool for a Webinar world

What do you like best? The ease of moving slides, posting slides and polling questions and seamless broadcasting of Dbriefs. I find it really helpful in Deloitte. Using it for around 10 years.
