Efficient and simple
What do you like best? The ability to extract and analyse data. Also building templates and copying these templates. What do you dislike? Interaction could be better regarding widgets and editing videos could be better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Conversion and retention for clients. More professional medium for broadcasting content.

On24 is a solid core platform that is slow to embrace upgrades and changes in the industry
What do you like best? Certain features are great, including the integrated telephony and webcam, and the ease of use of the backend for producing your webinars. It's fairly user friendly and we can usually train clients on it within an hour or two and have them start to produce their own webinars. What do you dislike? Great marketing webinar platform
What do you like best? For marketing related webinars, On24 is the only platform that allows you to prerecord "live" webinars. So the viewer can interact like it's live, but someone can record slide by slide beforehand. What do you dislike? Outdated software
What do you like best? Nothing, dont like using at all. Outdated experience. What do you dislike? Everything - outdated software, poor UX and UI, hard to use, poor quality, average service. Great product - starting to become expensive
What do you like best? On24 performs consistently - we have significantly fewer errors than we have had with other provider. What do you dislike? With each wave of new features, the company seems to give fewer improvements to the core platform and is focusing too much on trying to milk existing customers. On24 is Easiest Webcast Service
What do you like best? It's the easiest and professional presentation of any webcast service I've used. What do you dislike? The syncing of data between Salesforce and On24 isn't as customizable as I would like What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I never have to worry if the webcast connection will work. Never any issues where we've had to cancel like with other webcast services we've used.

Very Good Webinar Platform
What do you like best? One of the key features of ON24 is the simplicity from the audience point of view. The audience simply has to click on the link and turn up the audio on their computer and they are able to view and listen in on the webinar. It is also nice that the audience link becomes the on-demand link. What do you dislike? I think the downside on ON24 is that the Q&A portion is all through chat. ON24 helps us run our business every day
What do you like best? Customizable templates, html5 compatibility What do you dislike? Flash backup server side not always compatible with modern browsers What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ON24 lets us perform our jobs every day - there are some limitations, as mentioned above with the flash based infrastructure on modern browsers and systems, but it is a competent and user friendly product to produce your webinar and online content.

Great system, great tools, but not as good as the platform used to be
What do you like best? Event setup is designed logically, and so is the user experience. The audience doesn't need special plug-ins or software. The platform's stability is rock solid. Most controls are intuitive. I've had many presenters over the years tell me "this is the easiest webinar software I've ever worked with." What do you dislike?
