What do you like best? The way attendee engagement is implemented throughout. From the follow-up emails, to the polling options. What do you dislike? There isnt really anything that I dislike. Great tool for engaging webinars

What do you like best? I love how many engagement tools ON24 offers that allow webinars to become as engaging as possible. I love seeing reports of who downloaded what and responses to poll questions so we can follow up with leads with relevant content. I've never had a technical issue with them, and their chat support team is fantastic. What do you like best? What I like the most is that ON24 makes really easy to perform webinars and has a superb customer service. The interface is user friendly and has many options to do webcasts in live, simu-live and on demand formats. What do you dislike? There is nothing specific that I dislike about this platform, I think it could improve a little on the look and feel of the console, but still it has the possibility to update it with the branding of your choice. ...

What do you like best? The ease of using the tool. Very clear and simple. What do you dislike? We have only used Audio Features, ON24 should start providing Video services as well.
