What do you like best? On24 has a ton of of options for personalization, attendee engagement, and post-event analysis. I can almost always find answers to what I'm looking for from the help center, and I've never had technical issues when running a webinar. Solid all around. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Analytics - audience interactions view Being able to update the deck for recordings for webinars that already took place. What do you dislike? Minor glitches like slide view not updating unless you refresh your screen and when you duplicate a webinar, hidden slides also apply to the new one even if you upload a different deck. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? tracking audience engagement.

What do you like best? The analytics are great and provide insight to clients about how buffering and where certain IP's may have experienced problems during the webcast. The ability to copy previous webcasts is very useful for projecting future earnings events with clients. What do you dislike? Layout and lack of responsive webcast layouts. Lack of ability to change the way time is viewed in registration page, IE: 24 hour format, or removing "0" at beginning of 09:00AM ET. ...

What do you like best? The thing I like best about On24 is how easy it is to set up a webcast, as well as the around the clock emergency support that they provide when issues arise. What do you dislike? The only thing that I dislike is that your account manager can either be a hit or a miss. What do you like best? On24 has helped us utilize its new features to make a user friendly, functional, and marketing approved platform for all our webinar needs. Behind the times in technology
What do you like best? You can easily record each slide individually. So if you make a mistake you can just re-record one slide rather than having to start over. What do you dislike? The screen share capability does not work and it is difficult to install. If you pay for a product you should not have to jump through hoops to use its capabilities. Also, you have to dial in to a separate bridge in order to record, you can't just simply use computer audio. On24 is just overall ...

Great Features and Platform
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use. The interface is really intuitive. What do you dislike? It is kind of expensive compared to other options we had considered. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use ON24 to produce a monthly industry related webinar. It is a great tool to track leads and how they are interacting with our content.
