What do you like best? When I train new presenters how to use the platform they pick it up rather quickly due to the intuitive nature of the platform. The flexibility of the technology allows for live and simu-live events making scheduling a breeze. What do you dislike? The edit tool used to top and tail the archive is super clunky. What do you like best? The most helpful thing about ON24 is their organization of events. I find it very easy to find an event I'm looking for quickly. The tech team at ON24 for the most part has been really helpful when we run into issues. If I ever put a ticket in they answer back quickly and 90% resolve my issue. What do you dislike? What do you like best? They have improved the usability of the recording system. Awhile back it was an issue with presenters (who may be worldwide), but now it seems to go more smoothly.
