What do you like best? This has been a really great product to use and the features available are wonderful. I like the ability to screen-share, use slides, and video to promote our lead nurture efforts. And they continue to add new features. What do you dislike? Intuitive, user friendly, professional webinar platform

What do you like best? When I train new presenters how to use the platform they pick it up rather quickly due to the intuitive nature of the platform. The flexibility of the technology allows for live and simu-live events making scheduling a breeze. What do you dislike? The edit tool used to top and tail the archive is super clunky. What do you like best? We are able to run webinars with partners (in different locations) from all over the world at any time of day or any location! ON24 is very user friendly and easy to learn

What do you like best? The most helpful thing about ON24 is their organization of events. I find it very easy to find an event I'm looking for quickly. The tech team at ON24 for the most part has been really helpful when we run into issues. If I ever put a ticket in they answer back quickly and 90% resolve my issue. What do you dislike? I dislike how long it takes to upload assets sometimes or how it doesn't give you exact percentage of how far the upload it at. For example it jumps ...

What do you like best? They have improved the usability of the recording system. Awhile back it was an issue with presenters (who may be worldwide), but now it seems to go more smoothly. Also, use to have attendees say, "I don't see anything, or I can't hear anything... has it started yet?" A handful. Now almost nobody has a technical issue. What do you dislike? Very stable, intuitive platform to great for hosting and disseminating webinars.

What do you like best? The level of automation and the ability to integrate other automation solutions (such as email, CRM programs) What do you dislike? Achieving a greater level of automation and scaling of marketing programs that promote both live and on-demand webinar events.

What do you like best? I like that On24 allows us to create as many webinars or conference calls as we need, with great customization for each. We utilize the recording functionality as well as the "roll over to live audio" for monthly events. The ability to pre-record is crucial for us as we like our webinars to sound very polished.
