What do you like best? The platform was easy to use, set up and manage. There was always a support contact to chat with. What do you dislike? It was hard for me to get proper MP4 files of the recordings for my events. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use On24 to provide training webinars.

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use and customize. Unlike other webinar platforms, you feel in control of the design and style throughout the entire user experience - from sign-up page to the "lobby" and the webinar console itself. It's awesome when it works, but the troubleshooting and customer service is a challenge.

What do you like best? The ability to make use of a wide variety of features for the producer as well as on the audience side is great. The email notification system is helpful and easy to use. The flexibility in presentation modes is really cool, and the ability to repurpose content for on-demand use. I really like the group chat and poll question features. What do you like best? Really the only two things I like about ON24 is that attendees don't have to install anything on their computer to attend a webinar and that it integrates with Marketo. What do you like best? It meets my needs for now - everything is in one place. What do you dislike? UX - it could be a bit more intuitive. Also would love to see more customization when it comes to landing pages, emails, console. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
