User-friendly platform with recurring technical issues
What do you like best? Simple to set up and create similar set up webinars using the same template. User friednly and simple interface for back end and end user. Recording features are useful and we really make use of the on demand feature which means attendees can access the webinar recording afterwards. What do you like best? That the links are trackable and the data What do you dislike? The backend is messy and hard to train new users to use. It also runs on flash and this is about to be discontinued and no one has updated us on how they will move forward. Easy to use, platform agnostic
What do you like best? It's web browser based, which makes it easy for anyone to join, engage and be a part of the presentation, whether as a viewer of the presentation or a presenter. What do you dislike? The user interface has a steep learning curve, the terminology used isn't necessarily plain english and it can be difficult to determine what a functionality actually does. What do you like best? The ability to customize the attendee experience and the out of the box integrations with some of the largest vendors we use. What do you dislike? The builder for the landing page / registration form is lacking advance functionality and it only works within a set of pre-designed templates.
