What do you like best? Support. ON24 support has been invaluable not only during a live event but fixing issues in between. What do you dislike? We get a lot of bandwidth issues on our webcasts that do not seem to have a solution. Also, when a presenter dials in there is a lot of cracking in the archive. What do you like best? How much easier it is to use than Webex. The reporting and information that we are able to obtain from the webinars. It is extremely straightforward and user-friendly. They also have a really helpful emergency "helpline" that's available to call if you're having issues with a webinar that is currently live.
