What do you like best? Having all webinar activity, reports, and data in one centralized view, with the ability to easily view registrants, attendees, and on-demand attendees. What do you dislike? There are certain parts of the UI that are a bit counterintuitive, and could be easier if a different naming convention was utilized, and a different visual representation was in place. Great Webinar Platform

What do you like best? ON24 is easy to set up and has excellent reporting capabilities. The system also allows webinar attendees to download a CPE certificate when the webinar is complete which simplifies the administration of our webinars. In addition, ON24 completely handles the registration process for our webinars and allows attendees to view the webinar on an On-demand basis once it has been it has been broadcast. Ideal tool for webinars

What do you like best? The simple way to create webinars and the synchronisation with many CRMs. What do you dislike? The lack of possibilities to customise reminder emails. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I earn time because leads are directly to our CRM so follow up is faster.

On24 Works great!

What do you like best? Ease of use and great support from tech team when needed What do you dislike? Decent experience with ON24 with some slight frustrations

What do you like best? Support. ON24 support has been invaluable not only during a live event but fixing issues in between. What do you dislike? We get a lot of bandwidth issues on our webcasts that do not seem to have a solution. Also, when a presenter dials in there is a lot of cracking in the archive. High ceiling, low basement

What do you like best? The's learner experience that ON24 creates — how someone views a webinar — is the best I've seen. The ability to automate through Simulive is a game game changer. I also think the reporting, analytics, and integrations are extremely useful. What do you dislike? My biggest complaint is that there's a high technical barrier to entry. Way Better Than WebEx

What do you like best? How much easier it is to use than Webex. The reporting and information that we are able to obtain from the webinars. It is extremely straightforward and user-friendly. What do you dislike? The fact that with an increase in attendance, there is always a chance there will be a sound issue. Easy to learn, reliable service, good support

What do you like best? Very intuitive and easy to learn dashboard. They also have a really helpful emergency "helpline" that's available to call if you're having issues with a webinar that is currently live. We really like the new the SimuLive capabilities, it makes it much easier to run webinars across time zones. What do you dislike?
