What do you like best? The tool is easy to use and it's easy to make changes to content without losing slide timing. Never had an issue with downtime, or data loss. Great support! After our migration, we had issues with missing Webcasts, but when escalated, the turnaround time was super fast. Registration provides a great way to track participation and engagement. Platform for live and on demand webinars.

What do you like best? My team LOVES the analytics feature. There is such great value in all the in depth analytics from the registrant to the attendee. We only are we able to view the registrant to attendee stats we are also able to look at each individual. We can view their webinar journey, questions they asked pre-webinar and during the webinar. Solid, reliable platform with all the bells and whistles

What do you like best? It works! I don't have to stress before a webinar because I am confident that the technology will work. This was not the case with our previous 2 vendors. I love that you can easily run simulive webinars to reach audiences all around the globe. The reports are available immediately after the webinar and the recording is available shortly afterward.
