Great platform with a good user experience

What do you like best? Platform is pretty sophisticated and it meet all the requirement we need to execute a successful webinar. What do you dislike? I really cant think about anything, On24 has met my needs so far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use On24 for demand gen activity, product demos, though leadership etc, we have a nice dashboard that provides the required analytics.

Highly recommend, a great tool to help drive marketing leads with valuable metrics

What do you like best? The platform itself is very easily customisable. You have a captive audience for 30-60 minutes and can upload a lot of content for the audience to interact with. Whether that be resources, cross-promotion of events, requesting demonstration etc. The reporting tool and partner reference links provide great metrics to demonstrate the value of each webinar. ON24 is a great tool, especially for simu-live events!

What do you like best? I like the option to record webinars upfront but still be able to do a simu-live event and answer questions "live" What do you dislike? The technical issues sometimes appear during the simu-live event. It is hard to fix it then during the event. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using ON24 for all kind of webinars (product promotion, demand generation, thought leadership etc.)

Overall good experience

What do you like best? The ability to run a webinar with colleagues around the world. A platform presenters can easily access. Being able to customize to match our companies look and feel. Access to the reporting data is a benefit. Being able to record an event and then being able to make that a semi-live events is a very big benefit. What do you dislike? On24 is a solid core platform that is slow to embrace upgrades and changes in the industry

What do you like best? Certain features are great, including the integrated telephony and webcam, and the ease of use of the backend for producing your webinars. It's fairly user friendly and we can usually train clients on it within an hour or two and have them start to produce their own webinars. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Analytics post webinar, the ability to give attendees additional resources to downloads and polls. What do you dislike? On occasion when I’ve been logged in as a presenter for on demand webinar the simulive feed stops for me but not the attendees, this is frustrating. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I am a long time ON24 user and have always been a fan. The company is constantly improving and implementing new features and also provides fantastic resources not only related to how to get the most out of their product but also about webinars and best practices in general. Using ON24 has helped us!

What do you like best? ON24 allows us to put out professional webcasts and collect data on who attended. Also love the extras - the ability to highlight documents that apply to the webcast, include presenters bios and have a q and a. I also like the ability to have polls is also great. Its also great that the on-demand viewing still allows for questions and answers to be submitted. I like that on24 has their own webcasts to teach us how to improve and what the trends are. One of the better webcast platforms I've used.

What do you like best? Packs in a lot of information, which is great for when you want to have a custom setup and become more data driven with your webinar engagement. What do you dislike? Being a hardcore Marketo user, it would be nice to see a better integration with automation platforms like Marketo. Don't get me wrong, the integration is still great, but I constantly run into issues with having a Marketo form on a non-Marketo landing page, and having that sync correctly with ...
