On24 is great!

What do you like best? Everything is pretty user friendly. I rarely have issues trying to figure out how to do things. If I do have issues, everything is outlined pretty thoroughly in their knowledge center. They are very good at keeping us informed with any updates to their software as well. Anytime significant updates are being made I have always been contacted and asked if I would like to schedule a meeting to hear about things in further details, if I want to learn how to use them, ...

A lot of functionality but not the best UI

What do you like best? It has a lot of functionality which is great. You can do regular webinars and CPE webinars What do you dislike? The user experience is horrible, it looks like a software from the 90s. Also live screen share quality is really bad, so you better have slides when you are presenting What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it to provide CPE credits to our webinar attendees.

Great Webinar Platform

What do you like best? The ON24 platform is easy to use. Great for webinars presentations. What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes. ON24 supplies all of my webinar needs. Recommendations to others considering the product: ON24 customer support is top-notch. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The platform offers an effective and easy way to get our webinar message out to customers.

Excellent platform, very user friendly - no technical problems to date

What do you like best? The registration set up is very simple - i like that you can add custom styling What do you dislike? Great Customer Service and Always Innovating

What do you like best? On24's support is always available and very responsive. Overall our audiences have been very happy with their experience, which makes me happy as a webinar producer :) It's a great way to get consistent messaging to our global workforce. What do you like best? No other platform allows for such extensive branding + deep integration with Hubspot / other CRMs What do you dislike? Comprehensive and dynamic

What do you like best? It's a powerful tool and I like being able to manage webinars and emails within the same program. Presenters find it relatively easy to use, although other admins usually require some training as it can be kind of confusing. Slides, although to upload them can take a while, are nice to have uploaded into the program so presenting is easier if for some reason you had to change computers or whatnot. What do you dislike? Excellent programme which is constantly improving its fantastic features

What do you like best? After using other webinar platforms i don't think i'll ever go back. There's so many great features on the ON24 platform such as the Simu-live & on-demand features but my favorite feature is the engagement hub. We currently have an API into our website which makes it even easier for our audience to access our webinars on-demand in their own time. What do you like best? ON24 has a flexible interface with great presentation features, to engage our customers and prospects with valuable content. ON24 helps us provide an interactive tool for webinars for both audience and speakers. What do you dislike? The polling questions and answers look like something out of the 1980s.
