What do you like best? I like the chat feature, it is quick and easy. I get answers so I can move along with my day What do you dislike? It is hard to reach my rep at times, needing to send another email before I receive a response What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recording quality is better than their competitors

Amazing Experiences with On24!
What do you like best? I think my favorite thing about ON24 is 1) the integrations that we're able to have with it and 2) the console builder. The integrations are helpful because we're able to use other sites such as Splashthat to build properly branded landing pages for our webinar. The console builder is beautiful and allows us to host webinars that are on-brand and that show customers and other attendees exactly what we want them to see. A great webinar platform - but not without it's problems
What do you like best? The On24 platform on the whole is a great webinar system with plenty of features and a multitude of analytics that can keep the most demanding Marketeers happy. What do you dislike? My main gripe with On24 is the lack of technical support, when I say lack of I don't me you don't get help, you do but it just takes so long. What do you like best? The ON24 platform is a robust, dependable, easy-to-use site. From account management to tech support, the folks at ON24 are also great to work with. Good but can be frustrating
What do you like best? There are a lot of cool options like polling, surveys, adding media, and group chats. I love how we have the ability to brand our page by including logos, specific colouring, and the types of icons that we want to include as well. What do you like best? Its easy to use and the people are so helpful. I would say that anyone who is looking to learn about webinars, this is the one to do.
