Powerful tool but doesn't solve all virtual events needs

What do you like best? Very user friendly. Easy to use and to set up. What do you dislike? No private speaker phone line for prep call right before webinar. Webcam only recordings not possible, always need a slide deck. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you ask ALL your questions and don't assume anything. What do you like best? On24 staff were super helpful, and onboarding gave us complete confidence to run the event. Registration and integration with our CRM made marketing and follow-up a breeze. The console builder is terrific and allows us to host webinars that are complex with multiple speakers mixed with pre-recorded content. Resources for questions and learning are very good. What do you like best? The multiple options to create content, for various types of events. What do you dislike? Learning curve is a little steep, takes time to learn the tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to pre-prepare content and share at a later date.

What do you like best? Having someone on the back end for support, the team chat, uploading resources in advance. What do you like best? The platform is very easy to use from a producer, presenter, and audience perspective. Every one of our third-party presenters says how easy the platform is to work with. What do you dislike? There is not much about the platform we dislike. I would say the only feature we wish could be changed would be to allow people to view a webinar on-demand without having to register first.
