Average platform with some frustrations

What do you like best? The simu-live feature is a great addition that we haven't found in many other platforms. The console can be customized well and highlights a lot of different features like polling, media, Q&A, and additional CTAs. It's Marketo integration makes for a very easy, consistent operations set up and allows for us to quickly automate system updates and process flows on the back end. On24 could use some work

What do you like best? There are a lot of options for engagement and customization. What do you dislike? The platform looks clunky and not very refined. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like the new On24 advanced analytics feature and all of the dashboards. It has been super helpful to be able to use that as a jumping off point to use with sales.

It’s a process worth learning

Not the best webinar platform

What do you like best? My company has a very specific webinar use case for ON24 and the simu-live capability is crucial for that, and not something I've seen other platforms provide. Express monitors have also been helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I think the participant console and the option of widgets set ON24 apart from the competing conferencing tools in the market. I love the layout of the polls within the slides and I also think the pulse checks are very useful to keep the users engaged. What do you dislike? 1. Robust video conferencing/virtual event platform with unclear, undisclosed and predatory price tags

What do you like best? ON24 makes webcasting relatively easy. It's mostly a self-serviced platform that can handle webcasting loads of varying sizes. We like how it processes webcast content beforehand and provides them in browser friendly format. What do you dislike? The platform UI is not as intuitive. New user experience

What do you like best? I love that there are so many ways to get help. Knowledge center, webinerd community, or chat in addition to reaching out to our account rep. There is so much to learn but it's so easy to digest with both videos and written support with screen shots! What do you dislike? Troublesome but it works.

What do you like best? I like that the presentation and videos are housed on the ON24 platform, and the presenters can control the slides in a single location. What do you dislike? Only 10 people can be a panelist at one time. This does not work if you have a group of presenters and panelist that needs to be on during Q&As. Lag when switching from slides to live screen sharing

What do you like best? The customizations around the registration page, email notifications and the actual webinar page look. The ability to export the data to both PDFs and Excel is huge and extremely helpful when measuring value. What do you dislike?
