I appreciate the accessibilty to helo with ON24 its great.
What do you like best? Having the emergency hotline for help during live webcasts. What do you dislike? The express monitors language barrier with myself and clients. Recommendations to others considering the product: There is support and the willingness of the ON24 rep to follow up and resolve any issues is a very great asset to the company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The different webcast types and having audio ...

Review of On24
What do you like best? My favorite part of On24 is the metric tracking both for registrants and for attendee engagement. Super helpful to see who has attended what webinars so that we can follow up with them in a customized way. What do you dislike? The interface can be difficult to use and clunky at times. Presenters who are using the platform for the first time are often confused by the presenter features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Useful tool but has some kinks
What do you like best? The simulive feature is by far my favorite. While we haven't executed our virtual conference yet (a few days away from the time of this review), the tests we've run make me far more confident in our ability to execute a really great virtual conference using the simulive feature. We can pre-record everything, have our presenters record and preview/modify their presentation as needed, and then it'll roll as a 'live' webcast that will transition into a truly live Q&A ...

Satisfactory, but not exceptional
What do you like best? Easy to use, setup is less complex than others. What do you dislike? Interaction tools feel dated and you are unable to use audio inputs other than a phone. Recommendations to others considering the product: Ensure you have enough licenses built into the contract and hope you get a good CSM. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reaching our audiences in an engaging way with interactive sessions.

Feature-rich but lackluster UI and documentation
What do you like best? ON24 checks all the boxes, features-wise: live and on-demand capabilities; registration pages and emails; tools to boost engagement within the webinar experience like live video and Q&A; and a robust integration with Marketo. The Marketo integration is superior to what we experienced with GoToWebinar. We have had few technical issues with recording, live viewing, and playback. The native reporting is detailed and helpful. What do you dislike? The UI is ...

ON24 Great for Webinars - Maybe Not Ideal for Virtual Conferences
What do you like best? The ability to schedule an automatic go-live date and time. The concept of the Engagement Hub sounded great. The analytics tool (when you have access to it) is helpful. What do you dislike? Live Chat and Q&A tools becoming unavailable as soon as a pre-recorded presentation ends. There should be a way to keep those items open for people who view pre-recordings. Presenters on one webcast should NOT be able to see content uploaded by presenters on a ...

ON24's capabilities have been good for what we needed them for.
What do you like best? The ease of use, the user experience has been pretty simple and easy to pick up on. What do you dislike? The integration process with our CRM was not a simple task. There was lots of back and forth and after we thought the set up was complete, there were pieces of the process that was broken. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ease of duplicating similar webinars has been helpful for us in on-going ...

Functional Platform with Rich Analytics Features. Imperfect Production Quality and Support.
What do you like best? My team has found most setup features on the On24 platform to be intuitive. The back-end UI is clean and user-friendly. The customer-facing front-end is simple and most viewers have no problem with any of the technical aspects of viewing the webinar. The analytics features are robust - providing your desired level of granularity into audience engagement. What do you dislike? Editing landing pages after they've been pushed live has been bogged down by slow ...

It's a mostly-solid and functional platform, but we've found issues.
What do you like best? Once you get to know it, and there's a significant learning curve, it's functional and quite capable. Some of the layout ideas while not necessarily optimal are a bit creative and could be leveraged. In-platform outgoing emails can easily be customized to look like your in-house emails and deliverability on them seems to be very high. Integration with Automation platforms works well. What do you dislike? It's very clunky, not intuitive at all, and we've found ...
