Good Webinar platform overall by the UI needs serious updates
What do you like best? The functionality in setting up webinars. I like that everything is cusomizable. What do you dislike? The platform is not super intuitive, especially the view builder. The end view for when the webinar is live is awful. It looks so old and outdated no matter how you style it. I get the point of having boxes that the user can adjust, but it is just ugly. What do you like best? On24 is easy to operate and comes with a plethora of resources that teach users how to get the most out of its many features. Having reports and statistics for each of our webinars. What do you dislike? On24 completely changed the way we take our events virtual!
What do you like best? The ability to allow our viewers to see live videos, videos with slides, pre-recorded videos, conversations, have engagement over a screen in their own home, bringing the content to them on a platform that is user friendly is the best! What do you dislike? From the back-end, would love for the console builder to be updated more and have more features to make it less of a headache. Easy to use and great customer service
What do you like best? I love how simple the platform is to follow even for first time users. What I love most though is the customer service. There was one day when I literally chatted with support 6 times in a matter of 24 hours and they were so helpful every single time. What do you dislike? Easy Set up and use!
What do you like best? Registration page is easy for attendees! What do you dislike? There's not highlighter pointer tp use during presentations What problems are you solving with the product? Powerful and flexible but could use some additional functionality to make it a grand slam
What do you like best? The product's strengths are look, feel, customizability, widgets, scalability and real-time audience data to name a few. For us, the ability to have a web-based experience with collaborative tools and strong voting/polling and auditing of the votes was helpful. What do you dislike?
