Good Webinar platform overall by the UI needs serious updates

What do you like best? The functionality in setting up webinars. I like that everything is cusomizable. What do you dislike? The platform is not super intuitive, especially the view builder. The end view for when the webinar is live is awful. It looks so old and outdated no matter how you style it. I get the point of having boxes that the user can adjust, but it is just ugly. What do you like best? On24 is easy to operate and comes with a plethora of resources that teach users how to get the most out of its many features. Having reports and statistics for each of our webinars. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to allow our viewers to see live videos, videos with slides, pre-recorded videos, conversations, have engagement over a screen in their own home, bringing the content to them on a platform that is user friendly is the best! Capabilities beyond Webcast Hosting

What do you like best? ON24's webcast platform is robust and is great to drive engagement and momentum beyond just the event. Communications and reporting provide adequate metrics to determine attendee interest. Inline surveys and polling are great as well. What do you dislike? Easy to use and great customer service

What do you like best? I love how simple the platform is to follow even for first time users. What I love most though is the customer service. There was one day when I literally chatted with support 6 times in a matter of 24 hours and they were so helpful every single time. What do you dislike? Easy Set up and use!

What do you like best? Registration page is easy for attendees! What do you dislike? There's not highlighter pointer tp use during presentations What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's so easy to set up reminder emails and have them automatically sent to registrants.

Powerful and flexible but could use some additional functionality to make it a grand slam

What do you like best? The product's strengths are look, feel, customizability, widgets, scalability and real-time audience data to name a few. For us, the ability to have a web-based experience with collaborative tools and strong voting/polling and auditing of the votes was helpful. What do you dislike? Very user friendly, easy to create new webinars, great interactive tools to keep attendees engaged!

What do you like best? What I like best is the different tools that you are able to utilize, attendees can ask questions, complete a survey and we can also upload different resources needed for that specific webinar that attendees can review and download. What do you dislike? On the back end sometimes I have to double check email notifications to make sure they are going out at the correct time and say the right messaging, I wish there would be reminders sent to my email before and ...
