What do you like best? It is very easy to understand and use. I love how you can go to your site and pick products and it will load them for you on your template. What do you like best? I came to Omnisend from Mailchimp when they dissolved their partnership with Shopify. Best Email Software Out There

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the software. Having migrated our subscribers over from Mailchimp the difference in the 2 softwares was very refreshing. The problems and issues we had with Mailchimp in terms of everything from layout through to problems with automation has been completely ironed out. I also really like the live chat feature. Does the job

What do you like best? Automation of email marketing gives me the time to focus on other projects. What do you dislike? Add on services like SMS or Facebook services can make this costly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automation of retargeting potential customers is a breez. This has helped to add sales.

Clean and simple

What do you like best? All of the categories are well laid out and the basic templates they set you up with are feature rich. Have been impressed overall with Omnisend's performance

What do you like best? What's most helpful is the synchronicity with Shopify and the Live View option. What do you dislike? I'd like more synchronicity with Shopify in that I'd like when tags are taken of in Shopify for those tags to be taken off in Omnisend - I'm having to manually remove tags and ensure customers appear in the right segments. What do you like best? has most of the same automations as mailchimp What do you dislike? email popup not enough backgrounds to choose from also it does not shake when popped to get more attention. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? none really, I would like omnisend to send out all blogs I write automatically.

Easy to use interface

What do you like best? I looked at another email newsletter provider and felt it was cumbersome and not easy to figure out. Coming over from Mailchimp Omnisend is perfect, and easy to use. What do you dislike? Customer support could be better, had some questions and used a previous email thread, the person never responded back. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Looks professional, and helps me send campaigns in a timely manner.
