What do you like best? The most helpful thing is the automation section. It make emails to customers easy and something I no longer have to worry about. What do you dislike? Some more complex functions are not simple enough to use without some practice. And the file size of photos can be limiting. Omnisend is a great way to make extra money in your business

What do you like best? The different features that the program offers, it's not just emails, there is so much much more. What do you dislike? I feel like the pricing plans should be a little more competitive and there should be more pre built templates What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer traffic. It is very nice to see what each person is clicking on and what demographic area aren't interested in the email campaigns.

Happy I moved over from Mailchimp

What do you like best? The interface is clean, simple and east to use. It is easy to track my audience and allows me to create different segments to send the appropriate emails to the appropriate subscribers. What do you like best? We were using an alternative email provider when out of nowhere we received the notification that this provider no longer supports our type of business. I use omnisend together with shopify and the integration is flawless. i love both how intuitive Omnisend is to use, and how many features it has. also great and fast response from support every time. Regular features come out frequently. I love how little time it takes me to create a new newsletter. What do you like best? Migration from MailChimp was easy and Omnisend is very easy to use! What do you dislike?
