What do you like best? The automated workflows are super easy to use and my customers definitely are responding to the emails. What do you dislike? Nothing! It's shockingly easy to use and more intuitive that mailchimp. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automated workflows, growing my audience.

What do you like best? I like the ease of use and integration with Shopify. I like being able to schedule ahead of time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Automation and how easy it is to use. Live chat that has help 24/7. What do you dislike? Eblast are not as easy as mailchimp. What do you like best? I love the templates and how easy it is to make a nice looking newsletter. What do you dislike? No mobile app. No search feature for audience. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps get lots of our links out there at once.

Good for Shopify (Standard Package)

What do you like best? The preset styles and modules are simple and provide everything we would need to make a minimalistic, yet stylish email. We do not have the budget to use all of the features like SMS, but we are very satisfied with the current options. Simple to Use!

What do you like best? So far, I have really enjoyed using Omnisend. The campaigns are easy to set up and the out-of-the-box templates are great those (like me who do not have an extensive design background. What do you dislike? So far, nothing negative.
